oh my goodness, when it rains it pours gorgeous blooms from you all. Jackie, Joe is going to the Dr with m, he will be telling him all about it I am sure. I love your pandy and plummies and that lily is huge!
Helena, it might be good to take a day off from pics cuz the next day you are blessed with all that magic. Look at that collection of vivid blues you have. Oh I love blue. Jo keeps the blackberries at bay, believe me LOL. He loves their blooms, and I eat the berries. I wear long sleeves and a hoodie when picking, so far only one little nip on my hand. :P Our banana has put out 4 laves in a week and a half, and it now has two babies, it is the cold hardy kind, but he insists on bringing it in every fall, then it loses all it's leaves and looks like an ugly spindle for the first two months of Spring. Today I got to be a "Grandma" to these two sweeties, we made seed bombs out of mud, a seed volcano and a seed flower pie. I love that my neighbors let me have their children every once in awhile. It makes me happy to be around young ones, and Hadley just turned six and has been Cancer Free for almost a Year now. Now those things are drying, then we will paint them and glitter them and bag them up for Christmas Presents. Have a dr appt tomorrow with a different dr, so will be late again on here, but I'll be back!
Morning Glories 2017 # 07
Debra, glad you're going to the doc tomorrow. Hopefully he will have an idea of what caused your "spell".
I still have my hardy banana you sent and its looking good. Still waiting for me to
pot it up.
Pretty ;little girls and just wonderful news about Hadley.
Beautiful 4 o'clock.
Praise God she is cancer free.
Looks like the little girls are having fun. Glad to hear that Hadley is cancer free, have to thank God for that. Love your neat 4 o'clock Debra. Glad you're going to Dr.
My mgs this morning. Don't know what I did for the camera to give this pic of DFNM a odd tint. The other pics came out normal, go figure.
The are still beautiful photos.
Helena love what the camera did to DFNM and # 3 is a knock out. Do you have a
name for # 3? It reminds me of my Mauve splash x Aog cross in 2013.
I';ve spent 2 hours looking for my pic but couldn;t find it. Theres got to be an easier way, smh
Finally found a name for this beauty Its Blue Star Grex from blues seeds on 9-2-13
I love the weird tint, Helena. It is PERFECT! as are all your other blooms. Linda, did the setosa ad pandys get going for you? I am starting some by seed. I have several growing in pots out front, just now vining. Jackie, I love those girls as if they are my own, so grateful to have that young family next door to us. Only one mg photo, of a pandy, sorry..Blanket flower, Milkweed, monarda and a lily, elderberry, pandy.
They are looking a little wilted, but I am hoping they make it. Everything else looks good.
Beautiful plants Debra, what did your Dr. say?
This was a new OBGYN Doctor, a 37 yr old woman, she did some tests and will get back to me, I have had a problem for quite some time she is addressing for me.
You might need to snip their wilted tops and make sure they stay moist not wet, and in sun. Other stuff okay there? Friday I go to the eye specialist to see about the stroke in the left eye which broke some blood vessels, so I see brown and floaters out of that one, and the right eye ( my good eye) has some kind of stuff around the macular. Hoping He just gives me eye drops. I have Ocular migraines and floaters and I am sure he can fix it for me. The medical dr visit is next week and will tell me what to do next. Oh, do ever I hate Doctors.. I will be taking some lab orders to him from the heart dr that day. *sigh* mg picture is from 2009
Beautiful plants Debra. Love your pandy and the 4 o'clock, Lovely lily;s too.
I have stuff around my retina too but mine's nothing to worry about. Hopefully yours isn;t either and hope it's the dry kind. I've always had the lightning zig zag streaks on the outside corners of my eyes but mine is from the horrible sinus pressure on my optic nerve. Benedry
helps mine. anyway, hope your eyes are going to be ok..
Can't put a price on our eyesight.
Beautiful flowers Debra. I have them under the patio, in shade. I thought putting them in the sun would be to much. We have had temp of 105 here.
oh my gosh, Linda. That is hot! You know Jackie, I am not too worried about all the flashing and prisms, its the floaters and the eye dr saying it looked like the retina was close to detaching what ever that means, so the specialist will put it all in perspective for me. Modern medicine today is a long way from the old days, so I am really optimistic about it. I will always have to wear glasses. I don't mind as long as I can see! Helena needs some of this Helen's Flower :D
Thanks ladies.
Jackie, love that Blue Star Grex. I have 2 vines with similar blooms and the label says lite blue tie dye. I'll have to look if I wrote the year or from who the seed came from.
Love your flowers and plants too Debra, vivid color on them. Hope all goes well at the Drs. for you.
My mgs today. I love the first one, no seed yet or a perfect bloom either from it.
#2 is lite blue blzd
Beautiful blooms this morning Helena.
oh my, you do have some beauties there, Helena. Well, Dr's nurse just called, he and the other dr are NOT going to let me go until October on the lymph nodes thing they saw on the CT scan, dang it. I go the third week in August to ANOTHER Specialist. I HATE THIS CRAP>
Debra, you know the eye Dr always told me it looked like my retina was trying to detach and I argued with him. I make the Dr's so mad because I will argue, they
hate to see me coming. lol Yes modern medicine is wonderful DH had his
floaters operated on too. The surgery was a success., he had both eyes done.
You have to stay on top of all your health issues Debra. I know we get sick of going to Dr's.
Helena, I sent you the Lite blue Tie dye but I could have mixed up the sds with
the grex sds. Your pinks are drop dead gorgeous, the 1st one and the last one.. ,
# 3 looks like Fuji no Momo. I love # 4 too as well as the blue Blizzard
Beautiful Zinnias, my mom loved them, makes beautiful cut flowers.
Oh I love Zinnias too! Usually I have a ton of them, but not this year. My mom loved them too. So here are some seeds that I planted, SO you will know who's is whose. You will have to enlarge it to read the names. hoping the passies and sticto I had to cut out will root in the fish filter. I have another pot somewhere with packets from Jackie?
Those are beautiful photos, amazing how the they differ later in the morning.
Those are drop dead gorgeous. I love number 1. ( You know I am partial to BLUE)
Not feeling well today so even tho I just got up, I am going to go lay down. I did find some morning glory pics, tho. again from August 2009, and most of these seeds came from the Morning glory group when I first joined in 2008.
Beautiful blooms Debra, I hope you are feeling better soon.
Absolutely gorgeous blooms Debra, love the pretty pinks
Beautiful blooms Helena. Love the beautiful blue, both the early and'later
version.
Beautiful pink hige and all the other purps.
the 1st bloom 1st row reminds me of Lavender chiffon.
I;m growing one of those this summer.
