Looks like Serviceberry (Amelanchier sp.)
Definitely Amelanchier - Autumn Brilliance is a common cultivar- fungal rust can be a problem the fruit that follow the flowers are quite tasty aka June Berry, service berry, shadblow- I grow a dwarf called Regent and it fruits well
