In Portland, Oregon at A large park there are two of these trees and would love to know what this tree is... taken in last few days, April 13th so Springtime...

Definitely Amelanchier - Autumn Brilliance is a common cultivar- fungal rust can be a problem the fruit that follow the flowers are quite tasty aka June Berry, service berry, shadblow- I grow a dwarf called Regent and it fruits well
