Within 2 mo. The 60 ginkgos put on there full hight for the season. But the range of hight varied greatly from 1"to the tall ones 8". Where the other trees were very similar. Over the season each one of the ginkgos really kind of took on there own individual personality. I am not a professional greens keeper nor do i have a greenhouse. At there infant age there already proving survival skills. At first in fear of over watering the little guys i accidentally under watered them and 2 different times the leaves started to dry up. After a good drink they sprung back. Because of the "cheap" store named soil i used,sunny,and at times windy spot there in the soil dries out fast. There's been a time or two after that i could of watered more and the leaves started to yellow. But after a good drink the color would come back to a cool almost blueish hue. After all that i only lost 1 tree all season.
