-I am looking for some informations about that weed in my poor lawn (see pics below)..i have never seen it before ...finally i pulled it out one by one with its roots ( great effort indeed !) but i am afraid it may come back..

Looks like Foxtails. It's an annual grassy weed. Good news is it dies over winter, bad news is even though you pulled it out, it's probably dropped a lot of seeds. Which will sprout next year.
So best thing to do next winter/spring is apply a pre-emergence herbicide to your lawn. This products kills plants just as they sprout from a seed, but does not effect fully grown plants like the rest of your lawn. It just gets the newly sprouted weeds.
Go to your local garden center and get some pre-emergence herbicide. Preferable an independent garden center, usually their staff is better informed on products than most big box store staff, The pre-emergence is often available as an ingredient in many lawn fertilizers, so you can feed as well as prevent the weeds from coming back.
