Please identify this plant
It might be Houttuynia cordata 'Chameleon.'
i HAVE SEEN THIS AND SUSPECT IT IS EPIMEDIUM I found it in the Western Garden Book. There are several types.

I'm thinking Houttuynia cordata ''Chameleon' too. We've had it in our perennial gardens for many years, and it looks like that.
That is definitely the variegated form of Houttuynia cordata.
Beware of its insidious characteristics. Once set free, you will never be rid of it.
