Brown spots on blueberry leaves

I have 4 small blueberry plants (still in the pots as it's been too hot to plant) that have developed brown spots on leaves. Any idea what I can do?
I am afraid to plant them until I know what's going on with them. Thanks!
I'm in zone 8a in Texas.
