(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Debra, you may have sent one, maybe you called it a rattle tree? Either way, it did not make it. So sorry.

Helena, your blooms are stunning this morning.

Thanks Linda and Jackie.

Love your beautiful blooms Jackie. All have good color to them. Jackie, all too soon our mgs are going to get done blooming for good.
I decided to place all my young seedlings inside the greenhouse under lights. Because of so much rain the soil never got a chance to dry out, wrong kind of soil (kept moisture).

Jackie your blooms are very pretty today. Wish I had a green house sometimes.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Thanks Helena and Linda.
Helena, I do prefer a lite mix for that very reason. Doesn't tend to get
water logged like soil does, Every once in a while, we get so much rain I have to carry mine back to the g house too.
Linda, you would enjoy a greenhouse. I love mine in the winter when it takes good'care of all my plants. I would still prefer a basement like Debra has or a nice sized sunroom.

Gautier, MS

I think a basement or sunroom would be great too. Everything requires some work, watering, heat and light. My gh is in a big mess, as soon as the weather cools down some, I'll be able to clean it.

Blooms from this morning.

Beautiful blooms Helena. Love the crazy colors in # 3. Is the last
one a split purp?? Does it have a name ?
Helena here is a couple of pics of the mess in my greenhouse. My plastic all rotted by the sun. My DGS pulled up a ton
of weeds, but just look at the ones that still have to be dealt with. smh

wow, what a nice array of colors and beauty, Helena. Love that Kikyo Ice, and the purple star, also, looks like your blues have flickering lights in the center. Love love love..

Gautier, MS

Thanks Ladies. I'm not sure of the name of that pink split bloom, I think it might be my soft pink hige doing something different but really I'm not sure Jackie.
Jackie, it's good that your DGS did some weeding for you. Looks like you have a hard job ahead to repair the plastic on your greenhouse. My gh looks like a tornado was inside, really that bad.
Jackie, love the light blue color of your purpurea.

Thanks Helena.
I hope it doesn't turn cool early b4 we have a chance to get some of this work done.
DGS will help DH with the plastic. I hope you get some help with your
clean-up.

Gautier, MS

Jackie, glad they are doing the work for you. I'm going to tackle the job myself since I want to rearrange one of the shelves too. I just need it to be a bit cooler in there.
Repeat blooms, wish the 3rd with damage, last is Rebecca.

Helena, Love your little Kikyu, sp??. Great pinwheel pattern.
Your blue is gorgeous and that's a perfect Rebecca. I had'
1 Rebecca bloom and it was deformed. I'll just enjoy yours. :-)

Jackie, and Helena, your blooms are beautiful.

I am afraid the sun would do damage like that here too. Lots of work for sure. Glad you have help cleaning it up.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, missed your pretty Choc silk above,. It looks huge, the giant chocolate??
Thanks Linda.
I'm down to 5 or 6 blooms today, my blooms almost done and I never got any more planted. I've been trying to for over a month.
Time for a new thread while I have a minute or two.
