This is a Nellie R Stevens holly. We planted it last fall now it has areas that are dying see picture. Is it not enough water too much water or not enough sun got five and only two seem to be having a problem and they are more shaded

Did you ever get this figured out? I have the same thing happening now for one in heavy shade.
