I am having a problem with BER in my golden zucchini. Is it caused by need of calcium like it is with tomatoes?
Blossum End Rot in Zucchini
It's usually incomplete pollination or lack of pollination. How big are the fruit when they start to show signs?
About four inches long or more.
Probably incomplete pollination. I don't think adding Ca would hurt tho, just in case. Is it happening to all the fruit?
No. Just random ones. It seems to be tapering off so maybe the egg shells are helping.
Good to hear. Both conditions seem to taper off as the season progresses.
