I potted and planted 3 different plumeria stems in cactus mix indoors for over a month. I just brought them outside in NY zone 6-7 How often do I water and do I keep them in full sun? Two plants have leaves and one plant shows no growth at all.

should I cut it?
No, I never cut it but it got much more leafy this summer.... but no blooms at all. anyone??
