I have nice blooms on my flowers but loads and loads of nats is there anyway to keep the adult flies from laying there eggs and keeping nats and the adult ones away?

It would be necessary to figure out what kind of insects the "gnats" actually are to answer the question.

Sounds like you need BT. It's an all natural insecticide. Use as directed on the label.
