Morning Glories 2016 # 05

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Ladies all of your blooms are beautiful. It has been raining here. I will go out in a bit and see if there are any blooms.

Gautier, MS

Thanks ladies. We had more rain here too Linda.
Jackie, I tried to edit my post and was going back but the wait to do it was just too long. I don't have ID's for a lot of my blooms, some say seed from 2013 with ?. But all the dark pink with the blzd and white spokes on some of them are from the same vine. The lighter pink and blzd all blooms are from the same vine, the label are as Pink Porcelain x choc blzd.
1st and 3rd bloom, No ID a cross seems from Q269
2nd and 4th are on same vine true Purple Plum velvet with cross
Last bloom are from Karen2005 that I grew a couple of years ago, Plum star with white border. Kind of looks like Ao from last year.

Helena, those are gorgeous!

Gautier, MS

Thanks Linda and Jackie. Jackie, that NOI is a NO ID, it kind of looked funny to me too. I don't know if I wrote if that true purple plum velvet was from you Jackie. I do know that I did start quite a few of your seeds b/c I wanted those dark blooms. I did get lots of stems that had a very dark color. I'll have to check the labels later to see which ones are from you. Think of definitely tagging that bloom.
Here are a few more blooms from my FS and Blue Star cross that don't really want to open early in the morning.

I AM SO ENJOYING ALL THOSE BEAUTIFUL BLOOMS TODAY WHILE I AM AT WORK. I REALLY AM GOOGLY EYED OVER THE NO ID, TOO, SINCE I THINK I GREW ONE LIKE THAT A COUPLE YEARS AGO. WISH WE KNEW IT'S NAME.

Jacksonville, AR(Zone 7b)

Helena, My gosh, I think that 1st one on the last row, NOI or no id might be my no id from that
lovely unknown spec mg I grew last yr where every bloom was different,
We'll know more as it makes more blooms.I'll try to find a link to it later
Beautiful FS and Blue Star cross with FS. Look how bright the yellow eye is on those blooms!!!

Edited to say i don;t think its the same as my no id bloom from last summer. Very pretty whatever
it is

Jackie, that no id didn't come true to what it was supposed to be. Hopefully the blooms will improve.
