I am trying to figure out what is causing damage to my Elberta peach tree. It looks like woodpecker damage but I am worried it is peach borer damage. Some sites say peach borer damage happens at ground level but this is midway up the tree. If it is peach borer what should I do?
Peach Borer? Help ,,,,
Your photos are blurry so I can't really tell but borers leave little piles of sawdust at the base of the tree. If you don't see sawdust, look at Peach Canker Disease.
Thanks Daisy, I don't have any better pics. How do you treat Peach Canker?
