Tomato plants leaves looks not good and i don't know what kind of disease it got.
potato filed nearby shows same pattern.
can someone shed some light on this?

It looks like it could be Spider Mite damage. Do you see any webbing on the plants?
Get a white sheet of paper, gently shake the limb and hold it under the leaves and see if something falls off.
I wonder if it's something in the soil. Man, I sure hope you find out what it is. I think I would take those limbs off that are plagued.
Tomatoes are the hardest vegetable to grow. If you find out, please post the answer.

To me, it seems to be either early blight or Septoria.
