I heard is called Caput Medusae but I need to know if I can buy seeds for this plant, and where can I buy them?

That's a Tillandsia, aka air plant. Lots of varieties listed in PF... I've had better luck with them in open terrarium containers (like a fish bowl), but lots of folks grow them mounted.
