Hi, my Kentia Palms (in sunny conservatory) have started turning brown, starting from the leaf tips. There are many small white dots (eggs?) on the underside of the leaves, as shown in the photo, and I believe this may be the cause of the problem. Can anyone tell me what these are? If so, what is the best option to get rid of them? Thanks.
