Amorphophallus, you might not want to raise inside city limits... its stink is to draw bugs that will fertilize it

Both Tacca chantrieri, bat plant, and Amorphophallus titanum, titan arum, are tropicals - you're not going to be able to grow either in your garden.
With the names provided, you can look up more info on them.
