I have a Moose Antler Fern at my desk in the office. I've had it for a while. The office is normally about 70 degrees farenheight, and it sits under lots of fluorescent lighting. It has these weird bumps growing on the bottom of one of the leaves. I noticed because on the top of the leaf there are brown spots and when I turned the leaf over I saw the bumps on the underside. Can anyone tell me what these are? Fungus? Air roots? I have no idea.

Mysterious growth on Moose Antler Fern
Your plant has a case of scale - little insects that live under a protective shell. Insecticides won't penetrate the shell but alcohol will. Wet a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol and wipe them off. Wash the alcohol off the plant then watch to make sure they don't return.

I agree. Scale. DaisyPlantLady's recommendations should work. Scale is the worst indoor plant pest to deal with. Check your other plants.
