Hey all!
My raised beds are holding a lot of water at the moment. We are getting almost 24/7 rain and it is making everything sodden. Anyone got any tips to help drainage?

Wet Beds
If the beds are small enough to manage this, putting covers overtop so that the water drains off to the sides outside the beds may help. This is basically the concept behind alpine houses (which are popular there among alpine gardeners) - the purpose of the roof is to keep excess water off the beds or pots. Some alpine gardeners there also use covers over in-ground beds for the same purpose during the winters.
If the beds are too big for this, I can't think of any easy solutions. A more complex idea that might help would involve digging out soil out from around the edges of the structures to enhance drainage through the retaining walls of the beds... a pretty mucky job, though.
