Back to dusting and vacuuming, when that sun beams into living room it shows every bit of dust..how can one kitty and old lady make so much dust/dirt?

good morning all. no, no court date yet. it could tsake another2 months to get one. sooo depressing. trying to get ready for myannual xmas party saturday. good new it is suppose to be 75 and sunny saturday

You are really trying to make it easier for us Betty and I thank you. I don't like this but then I'm getting crotchety in my old age..... I'll stick with it for a while and pray there are changes as this is sooooooo hard to get around in...

REading and planning for Norm's big diet change. This will be quite a lifestyle change I think.. Need to get a coffee grinder and a small food processor. A big part of NOrm's protein is to come from nuts and Norm has no teeth!!!! So it is grind away!!!! Looking forward to eating a lot healthier but I don't think I will start myself on his food until he is done with the "cleansing" part of the program. NO to caffiene (sp), beef, pork, grain, white foods, dairy and others. Yes, to certain veggies, green tea, water, chicken, and fish. Going to be a LONG three weeks!!!

Was just going to start my project when I heard a vehicle, Greg was at the door, Lordy my tummy turns when he comes over unexpectedly..that episode of Noah has made me worry as never before..

Was at the dr office for the kick boxing training I've been doing, and mentioned to the trainer I worked with today that my left knee had been really bothering me after last week's session, and not long in to todays session, it was bothering me again. He went and called in the doctor (the one handy thing about having personal trainers that work out of the same office), and after a few minutes of poking prodding and asking questions, determined that I had an old ACL injury. So starting today, I've got some new stretches and exercises to do. My knee would act up at times, I just assumed it was old age. She said this is fixable, so we'll see how it goes! I have do some specific lunges and stretches a couple times a day, that's all she wants me to do at this point. So, I'll give it a shot, can't hurt!!

Deb, that is pretty ambitious excersizing, you must be mega fit, if not now then for sure when your training is done..glad they found out the problem and there is a fix..how long have you been doing it?

Nope, not mega-fit at all, not even anywhere close. When I started this in the spring, I told them I would be happy if I could just run around the show ring without huffing and puffing. It's a decent cardio workout, but it's a once a week thing, not enough to get in shape, but it does help in showing the dogs!

Deb .. DS had an ACL repair ,wasn't too bad, just lots of crutching following the surgery ...
By the time we had walked the mall twice, I was getting pretty tired .. it's a big Mall .. maybe 50-55 stores ..

Hi Everyone, I got home a few hours ago and both Tony and Anita were here. We got the van almsot all unpacked. I was sick last night and am still very tired but all is OK. Thanks for all the support as this went on. I'm good on the residency. A few other minor problems but for now I need to rest and reconnect with the furbabies.

Barb, that sounds like a very restrictive diet? Always hard to change diets as we get older.

82 here this afternoon, next 10 days is about the same. I hope it stays nice for Christmas.

General info.. If piece is 27" wide by 12" in height and the focus is a cardinal eating at a feeder (think it has to be sized a few inches smaller) and 1 1/2 inches around the piece do you think it's too much to have just textured clear glass without any design

So to better explain.if you were looking at the piece

1/3 to the left, birdfeeder a cardinal in 1/3rd then clear on right 1/3

Quite a mess here, DH is home, trying to do simple thing and just made a massive trouble and need ceiling replaced. Throwing hands in air.....simple as painting. He washed ceiling in living room with MOP....too wet, and made the entire ceiling bubble up on they seams of 20 year olds ceiling....and it is atrocious!

Told him to leave it over night and see if it will dry out, but he is ready with a knife to cut it out. ALL 12 feet of it!!!! There is going to be a 2 X 4 on someone soon.

DAVES Garden powers that be...PLEASE fix this!!!

Oh oh twas me who got spoilt today

Went to stained glass studio then dropped into the post office

No sooner opened the door did I open my parcel..

Parcel came from Kathy and what a parcel is

I stated with a chant of omg/omg/omg then in long form ohh my God

I've a lovely lush blue grey towel set with a candle in matching color..am sure it's hand made..don't see the scent but omg talk about a beautiful scent..love it!

If that wasn't enough a box of chocolates, mouth watering..NOT GOING TO OPEN THEM UP TONIGHT AS THE GIRLS ARE COMING TO SEW AND ID HAVE TO SHARE..😛

Leaving the best for last, there was a box, full of 3" snow people..I thought Kathy had had a peek at my snowman tree downstairs and they were ornaments for the tree..nope,not hey are a nativity scene, the cutest dang set I've ever seen..

Have to find a special place to display them..mind is working o/t

Norm's diet that intense is for the first three weeks of his program. Then when all the test results are back and he has rid his body of a lot of toxins, a diet will be set up just for him...We can do this. I will help as much as I can and eat stuff he can't when he isn't home.....

Well darn I just got an email from Canada Post saying my Santa Warren parcel is in transit. Last night I had a Canada Post email saying it was where it was supposed. Well the gig is up - the parcel is going to M.
