Good morning. Everyone is so quiet the last few days?
We are having a very mild winter. I will take it.
Carport is almost cleared out, just have a few other things to get out.
I grabbed Tims golf bag that has been sitting in the barn for the last 4 hrs and mice jumped out !!!. Eeewwww. One on my leg, icky.lolol. Looks like we need some more cats

Jaye has the crud, and is having problems with her eyes, she will be back soon.

I guess everyone is getting ready for Christmas. I have a bit more shopping to do, but not much. I just need to get things wrapped.

I was going to ask how Jaye was doing, she sure has her health problems. Get better soon as we all need you here.

I better get in touch with my sister-in-law about Christmas, we weren't going to plan on one since my younger sister will be in New York helping out with her son & daughter-in-law until after the new year. Everyone seems to be having financial problems, me included. Need to call about getting my eyes examined too. It has been 2 years and I'm sure I'll need new glasses. Always something to keep me on my toes.

Hang on Cindy, they are working to get the bugs fixed. It shouldn't take too long.

fixing the bugs won"t fix the format or make finding things any easier. I have tried to be helpful and patient with each change, but it seems each change is geared to making DG "just like every other site out there" and changing the feel and camaraderie that made this site so special.

I so agree with you Jean. Gone is the warm and welcoming thread that we all so enjoyed. I'll stick around until my subscription runs out (not until summer) but I will not pay again for this kind of %R^%^(*.

Bear with us or a bit. The tech team is working on clearing out some bugs that will smooth out our experience. Terry and I tested and worked with the new pages for several weeks and even though they are a big change, we feel that as soon as the kinks are worked out members will find the changes will work.

We've had absolutely no changes to the forums since 2001 and that is making things difficult technologically. We had to move forward or be left behind.

Bear with us for awhile.

Cleaning out the bugs is not going to put the page layout back to where it was. It's very confusing when you go to a forum and have to hunt for the last page you posted on. I am not the only one complaining there are several others that I chat with on a daily basis that say they are leaving also.

No idea, Cindy - unless it's to Preview and make changes (ie: delete what you don't want?) I'm sure they mean Preview......

They make changes but don't bother to explain how anything works. What a mess!!

just read a post where she said they "can't or won't be going back to the way it was", referring to the page layouts and such... in other words, we just need to like it or lump it, they'll set it up the way that works for them. When I worked in the factory, our engineers and production set-up would lay it all out on paper, and as long as it fit what they considered 'good', that's the way it would stay. Didn't matter what we, the employees, thought after working the cells 24/7 year 'round. And if we offered valid suggestions to making small changes to the areas, going by the rules, so it would be 'legal' to the procedures, they just nodded us off and said it was out of their hands because Management signed off on it. Of course they did... they didn't physically get their hands dirty either! And they wondered why people wanted to transfer out to an area that was easier and better ergonomically to work in. Same thing here... they keep saying to give it time and it will grow on us.. Thanks, but no thanks.... Ok, I'm off my soapbox here, as it isn't going to make a difference anyway.

I'm with the rest of our group, I'll have a refund of the rest of my membership. See ya's at the FB site.
