Nanking Cherry pruning

We're new to the property and I'm not 100% we've got 5 Nanking Cherry bushes but I'm pretty sure. Anyway, last year we had a great harvest in July and this year almost nothing. I'm wondering if we need to prune them to improve our 2016 harvest? If so, when do I prune them? Also any other tips would be appreciated.

Did they bloom well? If so, then it may have been poor pollination, rather than any possible problem that might be helped by pruning.
