I know moonflowers are supposed to be large, but mine are 1/4 to 1/2 inch across. What happened?

Is this the plant?
Ipomoea alba
There are other plants with the common name 'Moonflower'.

Are the leaves the right size and color?
Small leaves or poor color might hint at some nutrient deficiency.

Is it growing in full sun or something close to it?
If it is the vine, does it have something to climb?

The seeds were from a well-known source..bought at the store.
The leaves were the right shape, but not as large.
