Does anyone know what this is? It looks like a rash with bumps..
The plant I believe is a Japanese blueberry tree...I could be wrong.
How do I get rid of this disease? Thanks in advance.

I suspect the plant is Syzigium paniculatum, and the problem is a pest called the Eugenia Psylid.
