Dwarf tree with green leaves turn to bright yellow

I finally found out what that dwarf shrub or tree is. its a SUMAC!. I stopped and talked to the owner whom has three of them in there beautiful 2 acre yard. what I didn't know was that there are sucker growths constantly and they have done a great job keeping them gone. its a great looking landscape shrub, yellowish green now and by sept. it will be a bright yellow. no flowers just leaves and red seed pods on one tree I saw today. so mystery finally solved. I'm sure others here have this and if I can find a sunny spot I'm gonna have one.

at this point in time I do not know how to transfer from one department to another. i'll get another picture whenever it quits raining. there can't be any other dwarfs that just have green leaves in the spring/summer and change to bright yellow leaves in fall till frost, with no flowers.

I live in Nevada. I'm not really up on my "mid-eastern" plants and trees.
