This evening, I found that my Silver Blade Evening Primroses were covered in these tiny bugs (picture attached). They eat holes in leaves and blooms and fly away when disturbed. They are about 1/4" long and shiny green in color. What are they and what do you recommend to get rid of them?
I live in Albuquerque, NM.
