I have the above plant which is marketed as an evergreen. However, it has not been an evergreen since I purchased it. (two years ago). I live in zone 6a-6b. Why is this occurring?

Where did you purchase the plant?
What size was it - and what was it growing in (balled/burlap; container/size; bare root; etc.)?
What time of year did you plant it?
What are your soil conditions and moisture conditions?
