Hi Everyone,
I discovered these little tiny pale yeallow catipillars on my yarrow plant.
They are 3 of them very small.
I barely could grap a photo.
They move like inch worms and are very small.
They are pale yellow and have a dashed stripe down their backs.
I searched the internet, but can't identify them.
Would anyone know what they are? I'm guessing a moth of some sort?

I discovered what these are. They are called, The Common Eupithecia Moth – Eupithecia miserulata. They are from the Geometridae family (Geometrid Moths) and as catipilliars they move like inch worms (which is their common names). But they are not worms they are catipilliars that grow into the common gray moths. They have wings that are butterfly like in shape. The catipilliars do minor damage to the plants from what I can tell so far, so I decided to leave them be (since, I do have a butterfly garden).
FYI in case anyone ever gets them. I also added two better pictures in case anyone needs to identify a smilar catipilliar or moth.
