second photo looks like probably Lychnis coronaria with Phlomis-either P. fruticosa or P. russeliana. Both grow well in the PNW.
Perhaps post in the Plant ID forum. More people tend to go there who may be able to help with ID.
Get a few more pics- see if you can isolate a branch with a neutral background, perhaps a sheet of paper. Include something for scale, too, so we can see the size.
