Jade plant leaves drooping

I've had this plant for about 3 years, and while I was away I believe the cat knocked it over or it just got too top heavy. It was on it's side for a while and now won't stand up without support, I re potted it but the leaves have been drooping/curling downwards and there appears to be some spots on it(but that might just be scarring from when it fell?)

Most likely scarring from where it fell. What are the growing conditions of this plant?

I have it on a desk near a southwest facing window, I think it gets direct sunlight for most of the day. The temperature is usually 60-70°F.

Jade plants have a tendency to drop some lower leaves. They sometimes curl, shrivel and drop off. Be aware that sun coming through a window is intensified and can burn and dehydrate plants depending on how much they direct sun they receive.
