It popped up in the garden last year and this year there were two of them . I don't know if it is an
Insectivore , or what it is. Can anyone identify it?

There is nothing set in stone to say you cant ask a garden / plant question here on Beginners flowers.
Some folks enjoy the challenge of trying to ID plants while others don't know there IS a plant ID forum, either way most people on the site don't mind answering such a questions.
Other folks might be glad someone asked as they want to know also.
