I am not even sure what this plant is - I got it as a cutting from a friend about 10 years ago. Recently the new growth on the plant has leaves with abnormal edges, and very tiny bumps on the undersides of the leaves. Corresponding with the bumps the leaves have spots where they are sort of transparent (see photos). Any thoughts?
Bumps on leaves
Plant looks like a type of Peperomia with the common name 'Baby Rubber Plant'. Pepperomia obtusifolia.
I see they can get some leaf spot diseases, here is a link with some info.

Thank you, this helps a lot!
