When a plant has been standing in water too long it excludes oxygen from the root zone, and sets it up for various root rot diseases. These invade the rest of the plant, and it dies.
I do not know if yours is too far gone to recover. You can try. Let it go a lot drier between watering, and try this:

Add 1 tablespoon hydrogen peroxide per gallon and only water it when it needs water.

Ayrshire Scotland, United Kingdom

You made the classic mistake we have all made when beginning gardening, we get a plant, it suffers a little wilt and we immediately reach for plant food.
When we remove plants from pot /garden soil in beds etc, the plant normally goes into shock, us humans would also feel shocked if we were wrenched from bed LOL. shocked plants look like they are wilting and go floppy, or they show pale leaves etc, or drop their flower buds or full open flowers. all classic signs of shock as in your pictures.
Add to the dividing up the plant, it was left in water longer than it should have, so apart from shock it now has to try shut down at the root system to prevent it from drowning.
Now it had a double dose of plant feed and this is the last straw, you had to give it even more liquid with extra feed thrown in.
Your plant is being killed now with kindness, do as Diana has suggested and withhold any water for a few days-week, place the plant out of hot sun, so it slowly gets used to it's new environment, allow it to recover by watching to make sure it stand back upright.
At this stage I would also remove all flowers and buds as this takes energy for the plant to produce flowers, right now you want the plant to use all it's energy into recovering and making new roots.
IF you gave the soil a good rinse after all that food, I would NOT disturb the plant again by repotting unless you really have to. Just give it a few weeks to recover, stick your finger into the soil to find out IF water is required, so if soil feels wet or damp, leave off watering, when adding water, don't allow the plant to sit in the saucer, let the water drain. Please dont give any feed this year, plants that are over fed can have burned roots and diseases can take hold, also the plant cant take any more feed till next year
Hope this gives you hope the plant may well recover IF allowed to without too much kindness LOL.
Take good care and lets all know how it goes.
WeeNel.
