This started to appear on a couple of Kalanchoe plants I have. Unfortunately they spent a cold winter near a drafty window.
The spots appear to be dead leaf tissue with a white powdery mold growing around the spots. I think it might be powdery mildew but the sunken dead leaf makes me wonder about it being something else.
I would appreciate any advice. BTW love the forums here!
Anyone familiar this fungus with black spot?
I think it is dead tissue with decomposer fungi moving in.
Remove any leaves that look like this.
Go easy on the water and fertilizer. Do not encourage fast, soft, succulent growth. Slow, stronger growth is better.
Protect from the cold.
Thank you for the reply Diana_K.
