Could someone please identify this plant? Is it a weed? Is it Black-eyed Susan, Coneflower, Borage? Growing on May 5, 2015 in zone 7B Maryland. No buds or flowers showing at present time. Taller than neighboring tulip. Thank you!

By now, you may have determined that this is a weedy volunteer.

I get examples of this every spring/summer. I don't recall its identity, but I don't wait around for it to bloom.

You could always "pot it up" and watch for it to perform, just for the knowledge...
