I wanted to show the shrubs today as compared to two years ago, so you can get a better idea of what is happening. As I said in the previous post (without the photos), I have huge Rosemary shrubs that are interspersed with Texas Sage and since last year the Sages are not producing flowers and look sickly. Basically, the Rosemary is overtaking the Texas Sage, and/or depleting the soil. What should I do? Do I transplant the Texas Sage or is there a soil additive I can give them to assist their growth?
