I see no one has answered this. I will take a stab at it.
House plants or container plants indoors or out, need a balance of water and air in the root zone. If there is too much water all the time this excludes the oxygen, and the plant can look like it is wilting from lack of water, but in fact it is wilting because fungus disease organisms are destroying the roots or clogging the vascular system, so the plant has no way to send water to the leaves.
If this has happened to your plant then there is no recovery. Throw it away.

If the plant has wilted because of lack of water then a thorough soaking may bring it back. Plunge the whole pot into a bucket of water and hold it down until it stops bubbling. Then pull it out and let it drain. Do not let it get very dry between watering.

Goldfish plant info may be found under the name Nematanthus or Columnea.
Either way, they are a relative of the African Violet. They grow high up on trees in their native Brazil- warm, humid, lots of rain, but excellent drainage.
They should have soil that drains well, allowing plenty of oxygen to enter the root zone, yet stays fairly moist.

Thank you.. what is the best way to look after these plants.

Mine is growing well in a greenhouse- high humidity, bright light, and the soil is allowed to go somewhat dry between watering.
