I have a bunch of different flowers growing under lights in a box some are doing fine some are falling over with skinny stems some have yellow spots on leaves with shriveled leaves and some are shriveled and yellow can anyone help

It looks like damping off which is a fungal disease. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Damping_off
