I have no idea from looking at your pictures, there are way too many pink single flowering Roses for me to help you out, Im sure IF you take a flower along to garden centre come flowering time, they might be able to help you out.
The trouble is, the flower shape, amount of petals, smell, flower size etc needs to be taken into account to be able to identify the name etc.
Did you buy the plant yourself, if so, go back to the store as they may still be selling them, IF it's been in the garden before you took it over, then search old roses,.
Wish I could help further but without more info, it's not easy to help.
Best Of Luck,
WeeNel.

Staten Island, NY(Zone 6a)

This looks like a Knockout Rose .

Contra Costa County, CA(Zone 9b)

Is the rose in India? May not be anything familiar to US gardeners.

There are a lot of single roses, both species and varieties.
