I am in a community which restricts plantings to "Florida Friendly" (FF) plants. I would like to find the current list of FF plants, but the Florida State web site does not lead me to it. Any ideas will be appreciated.
Florida Friendly landscaping

Google Florida Invasive Plants and quite a few links come up.
University, cooperative extensions, and similar services.
I Visit Florida often. my favourite area being Sanabel Island. Anyway, next to there is Naples a smallish town where they have the most wonderful Naples Botanical Gardens.
I would think the friendly staff there could send you leaflets etc on plants common to Florida.
I remember when these gardens were just being started jeeeees, how old am I Eh!!!!, now they are laid out and it is a joy to walk around,
There are books in the book store for Flowers natural to Florida, have a look there and take your note book to write down names, colours, tall / wide, this will help you do a search and see some pictures.
Hope this gives you a starting place.
Best Regards.
WeeNel.
