Those are pretty Jackie, I like the pink tye dye.
Thanks Linda. The Pink TD's I've grown lately haven't made that pretty bloom for some
reason. If I ever get this lovely bloom again, I'll hand pollinate.
Gorgeous blooms Jackie. I really fav the first two though.
Thanks Helena.
Debra, Wish I had started a few when Helena did, just couldn't get it done.
Must be wonderful to have all those blooming in your basement.
Love the Hibiscus, Datura and Thunbergia as well as the mg's. :-)
Debra, your blooms are so pretty.
Well, after our freeze and cold temps this morning, I think my morning glories will be finished!
Up until yesterday, I still had pink ones blooming. Guess I need to get dressed, and go take a look.
wow Linda, you guys got a Freeze down there?
Just came in from filling feeders, baby it is cold outside.. it is like 14 with full sun shining.
Linda, OMgosh, didn't realize the artic air had sunk all the way down to Southern Tx.
We'll have your14 degrees Debra but as a low Wed nite. I couldn't handle your cold
temps for very long.
Beautiful blooms Debra. Looks like everyone is getting quite a bit of bad weather. A bit of rain here and cooling off but I'm glad it hasn't been too cold.
Take care everyone.
it got up to 18 today, spent most the day looking at stuff in the basement..
Jackie when did I start those two seeds? They are up.. must take pics!
Deb, Pretty sure you just started those 2 sds a week ago.
Wow! Hard to believe you have sprouts already.
Yeah, it dropped to about 28 for a few hours early this morning, but it was back up to 55 this afternoon.
Dang Linda, do you need a coat? I gotta goosedown I can lend ya :)
LOL! We have coats, but would probably have to wash it before I could wear it. They have been in the closet for years. We usually just grab a sweat shirt, for when we have to go out! ^_^
Sounds wonderful Linda. Love your winter temps but don't know if I could handle your summer
heat. :-)
Yeah, I hear ya on the heat. Last year was not too bad, we hit temps above 105 a few days, but not too bad. Guess we gt used to it. I just feel sorry for hubby, he works for the government on the base, and he works on the flight line all the time. The temps on the flight line are at least 15 degrees warmer that the regular temp in the summer.
Oh dear, poor Todd, that is how Joe spent 40 yrs, working with no a/c in a aircraft factory building lear jet s. no blooms today, check back later.
it is a whopping 6 degrees out, I have to warm up the Honda.
Linda I know it gets extra hot on the flight line. I can go uptown in 100 degree weather, just
burn up when I leave Wal Mart and that hot pavement to go home. its 20 degrees cooler when I pull up into my drive way and away from all that asphalt.
Debra, I won't be a bit surprised if it gets down to 6 here in 2 or 3 days but praying that
it doesn't.
