My shrubs are losing their leaves, some have brown spots, and the small tiny leaf clusters are appearing on the branches and trunk, anybody know what is going on?
Shrub Problem
Those small clusters are one possible response to herbicide. Not strong enough to kill the plant, but enough to interrupt the growth pattern.
