I used to know the name but now forgot. The plants are cultivated in India to make ropes. Looks like hibiscus flower.

I'm unsure of the exact variety you have but the leaves look similar to the Lord Baltimore hardy hibiscus. Your blooms look a little smaller and more dark in the middle though.
