Good for you, Jackie, we get a live tree every year, and when I could smell, it was always pleasant in the house. From December 2012

Beautiful blooms you had last yr Helena. Gorgeous colors, Love the 2 different patterns on the Mauve Splash. Your purple, # 4, looks a lot like how my weird Saz blooms first looked in 2010.
Lovely blue bloom on the end.

Little brown jug finally rooted in a cup of water and a rooted cutting of IP carnea
Turbina,
Shishi botan, only way I can tell is the cupped leaves.
Fuji no Beni??
Lite blueTie Dye, only problem is these pics are supposed to be 2012 and LBTD didn;t show up till 2013, totally confused now,

Oops, took too long posting mine so missed yours Linda.
Some real beauties you had last yr.

(Debra) Derby, KS(Zone 6a)

wow Helena I had forgotten how beautiful that purple is.That last bloom is a beautiful color of blue. Your blooms are always so beautiful.
LK, I totally did not see those blooms of yours in the past, very nice. Love the 4th and 5th the best.

Okay Jackie, what is little brown jug? LOL Your turbina blooms looks familiar, but those leaves are different than what I thought they would be.
Now I know where my Shishi botan came from... you! LOL
That last blue looks like it is made of glass.

That yellow white with specs was a weird one, have no clue where it came from, but It is in the basement mix I sent out the following year to you all. It could be more white maybe, but the yellow tint was very definite that year.

Debra, can't remember the true name for little brown jug right now. It gets to be a tall
plant. I've had them over 5 to 6 feet tall, pot bound. It comes in 3 colors, solid green, solid rusty brown, or like my plant,a combo of 2 colors, rusty brown and green. A shame I havent taken better care of it.
I was guessing turbina, maybe its a setosa??

(Linda Kay) Amarill, TX(Zone 7a)

Thanks everyone.

Jackie those blooms are very pretty.

Jackie, is this your plant you refer to as little brown jug? Scroll down a bit.

Hexastylis arifolia var. ruthii

Linda, no, that's a wildflower, my plant isn't. Its more of a succulent.
Thanks for trying though.
