Dwarf Meiwa Height?

Hello, I bought a dm from Home depot and I am hoping an expert or experienced person can help me figure out the height it will obtain. I am in Sac Ca, it will be planted in the ground in the an area that get some shade. There is a discrepancy between the label on the tree and the label on the pot, which is why I am really hoping for your help. The label on the pot says grows 6 ft X 6ft. the other label says it grow between 8ft and 12ft. What is true? Researched online and didn't turn up anything useful...

It might be that both are true.
Under optimum conditions the plant MIGHT get that big, but under normal/average garden conditions the more conservative label is more likely to be correct.

It may also depend on which rootstock it is grafted on.
If it came from 4 winds, they may be able to help. They are local (Growing grounds in Winters and several other places).
Is there any paint on the rootstock and/or stem? They ID their plants that way.

If it is grown as a tree (single bare trunk) it will probably grow taller.

My Kumquat was said to reach about 6', but I keep it trimmed a bit narrower, so it is growing upward. It is about 8-10' high, but only about 5' wide, grown as a low branched standard.
