I made a set of 4 for my son, DIL, and 2 grandsons. I don't know how she will use them. But she will like them! :)

I like how you turned yours upside down Julie.

Oh, sweet Betty! I look forward to this all year, and it is becoming a tradition in my family! Colt has 2 snowmen created from years past. My brother has the Victorian Santas. The snowman glasses will go to Colt and his family. The floor mat will be placed in front of our fireplace, and Destiny will have it when they build their house. I'm making more snowmen glasses for me and my mom, plus another floor mat for me to have in my sunroom. Every year, my kids and my mom are excited to see what I've created! They ooh and ahh because they think I'm so "talented." BUT I could not do it without your guidance and love!

Now I'll explain the yearly, silly "joke" between Colt and me. Last year when I did the snowman, I didn't fit the dowel into the leg tightly, and the snowman "fell down" when Colt tried to stand it up. Colt said, "Mom, what do you do to these snowmen?" I didn't understand, so he explained to me that one had really red cheeks and must have had too much to drink! Then he said that I must have given the new one a few drinks because he couldn't stand up! If you look at one of the glasses, it looks like it has "tears" from the splatter paint. I know Colt will say something about it having too much to drink and he's crying! But then I'm going to turn the glass around, show Colt it's "red behind" and tell him that it's crying because he got his butt whipped! LOL It is all in fun because Colt may be 27, in the Army, and married with 2 kids, but he will always be my happy, silly son!

Here are some pictures of Liam and Caden, Colt's family, and my sweet Elani!

Love that story. Thanks for the family photos.

I love the first picture of Liam and Caden! They are truly "in love" with each other. Liam always talks about Caden when he is with me, and Caden's face just lights up with the biggest grin when he sees Liam!

Wonderful photos, love the setting.

My DIL hired someone to take them, but she is learning the art of portait-taking. She does her own little photo shoots and has done some of my daughter and her family. My DIL is getting very good at it!
