This is the 2nd time I have tried to root hydrangea! Have done everything I was instructed to do, but I think their dying again. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? See pic

When you say you are doing everything right, can you describe the process you used?
I'd did you use rootingcompound? Did you cover with plastic? Etc
How long ago did you pot them up? Why are you saying they are dying? The leaves may turn brown but if the stems are green then there is still some life there. The two with some brown leaves may have been extra tender when you cut them but they look viable. All the other cuttings look very good.
Don't rush things. Give them a couple of weeks before giving them a slight tug to check for roots.
Do keep them out of the sun. You shouldn't have to use plastic if it is humid and you keep the soil moist (not soaking wet) - plastic may help keep it from getting too wet though. Rooting hormone will help but not necessary either (I don't use it).
