our night jasmine in the ground soil is now about 3.5 ft high

there is no fragrance, and the tips of the leaves are white otherwise, the leaves are lush green

please tell me if you can let me know what am i doing wrong in houston, texas

Can you send us a photo of the plants and the leaves that are worrying you, that way we can see close up what the trouble could be.
