I've had a Hebe Variegata since the end of last summer. It was doing really well until last week when suddenly the leaves started turning brown. It has been in full sun since I bought it. Could it be the hot weather affecting it? Should I change its location to a shady one for summer? I live in the Mediterranean, so our summer is very hot. Will it recover?
I hope I can save this plant, as it is one of my favourites. Thanks.
Hebe Variegata Leaves turning brown
It could be. Try moving it and see if any more brown leaves appear.
If the buds have not burned then it will recover.
I've put it in a shadier spot. The buds are still green. Thanks! How do I eventually get rid of the brown leaves though?
