Hello
So, I took advantage of some of the advice I was given and thinned my cucs to minimum 4-6 inches apart. They seem to be doing well - the smaller ones are starting to catch up to the larger ones. I have read that cucumber plants should be 12 inches apart. I can def. say I can't seem to find it in my heart to dispose of a healthy plant that in theory should produce many a cucs. Do you think I will benefit from this decision or would it be the opposite? Will my produce be drastically declined (or is this a fine distance?)
Once again - my cucumbers are in a raised bed. They are climbing a 6' trellis planted in a 18' row**
Cucumber Production?
They will probably do great - given they have lots of sunshine.
